Whilst Police and HSE will conduct their own investigations, it is advised that the employer requests their own independent investigation so any pursuing prosecutions or court actions can be challenged or accepted.

Our Driver Risk Management service includes the forensic study of the cause of the crash, offering 'probability' of blame. If required we can also represent the client in any judicial proceeding, criminal and civil courts of law, as an ‘expert witness’.
